Bentley offers a hint of the SUV to come in 2016.

When you set an all-time sales record you have plenty of reason to celebrate, but Bentley is giving fans of the British ultra-luxury brand their own reason to celebrate with the release of the first images of the maker’s upcoming SUV.

Cadillac Pushes Big Price Hike for All-New Escalade

2015 ‘Slade will start at nearly $73,000.

by on Jan.23, 2014

The 2015 Cadillac Escalade will start with a price just under $73,000, which is $8,000 more than the previous base model.

With an all-new model on the way, Cadillac plans to take a big price hike when it launches the 2015 Escalade later this year.

The next-generation full-size luxury SUV will start at $72,690, including a $995 destination charge, or nearly $8,000 more than the old model. That could change the competitive game in a landscape now full of luxury utes.

New British Company Launching “Super-SUV” at Frankfurt

A limousine in an SUV body? A first look at the new Eterniti Motors Hemera.

For those who think the Porsche Cayenne is too plebian, and perhaps a bit underpowered, there’s hope ahead.  The Frankfurt Motor Show will bring the unveiling of a new “Super-SUV” designed by a start-up British auto company, the ambitiously named Eterniti Motors.

The maker will attempt to lure the media wandering the vast corridors of the Frankfurt Messe next week by trotting out Le Mans winner Alastair Macqueen and Formula Grand Prix winning driver Johnny Herbert.

Stay in the Loop!

But the real draw will likely be the question of what Eterniti plans to deliver with its new Hemera ute that you can’t get from the likes of a Cayenne, a Range Rover Autobiography or an Audi Q7.

Officials with Eterniti aren’t placing all their cards on the table yet, but has learned that while the Hemera is claimed to deliver reasonably good off-road manners, the emphasis is really on limousine comfort – and Porsche-like performance.
